Oct 13 2016 I would gladly recommend Bluebird Care to anyone needing care for a family member. The carers are very cheerful, helpful and dedicated to their work and their clientele, doing their best to make a difficult situation as pleasant as possible. They are very supportive towards the customer and also provide reassurance and understanding to family members.

Sep 23 2016 Bluebird care not recommended. Staff treat the careers very poorly no respect. Working under such conditions they are not able to offer the best care for the clients. Selfish staff and managers who sit in the office and dictate. They cancel visits regularly due to shortage of carers. The good carers always leave because of poor coordinators and managers. Cancelling visits is not acceptable.
