    Having to have a care in my own home was not something I ever expected to need at 47 but after an accident that left me temporarily unable to care for myself I needed to have help. TLC provided excellent care and flexibility in looking after me.

    Our family have been so delighted with TLC. My uncle has complex needs and is very vulnerable and the care he receives is excellent. He tells me he likes all the carers and seeing him smile so much is great. I recently met one of his new carers and what a lovely young lady, she could not have made more of an effort with him and he clearly enjoyed her company.

    When I first moved into Newhaven TLC were the carers on site and from day one I have been treated with the greatest respect.and my dignity has been maintained, I feel that everyone of my carers has become like a friend to me. and I look forward to seeing them everyday. With TLC I always feel included in the conversation rather then excluded. For me the title at the top says it all. Thank you TLC
