    This organisation has recently started providing the care for my 69 year old brother. He is severely disabled as a result of a stroke which has left him with no movement on his right hand side and largely unable to communicate verbally or in writing. He is therefore entirely dependent on the care he receives. However the standard of care he is receiving is not just incomplete, it is so poorly delivered and with such a surly attitude it is tantamount to be being emotionally and neglectfully abusive of an elderly disabled man who is able to do little or nothing for himself, including being able to complain. A complaint has been made to both the Quality Care Commission and Care First and efforts are being made to try to obtain a new care provider for him. It is is not just I would be extremely unlikely to recommend this organisation, I would never do so!

    Terrible service and an appalling experience. I have had first hand experience with this provider and seriously they need to buck their ideas up with the care staff and standard.
