Millie's have been caring for out 95 year old mother for at least two years, and everyone from the agency has been kind, reliable, gentle and helpful - and she isn't always easy! Records have been kept up to date and informative. We are very grateful for the management and their team. |

I have experience of many care agencies in Bath having researched and appointed on behalf of clients and relatives. I consider that Millies is the best agency by far. Not only do they provide an excellent level of care and empathy with those that they look after but they are also proactive in communicating any concerns or recommendation to members of the family which is something I have rarely experienced. I would no have hesitation in recommending Millies. |
