The team of carers have made such a difference to our family when they cared for our father during his illness with such care, respect and dignity. Looking at care options was a daunting and worrying task however we were recommended to Clarriots Care by a good friend. From day one the carers were fantastic and provided a personalised service which we thought wasn't even available. The whole service provided by Clarriots Care from initial contact through to daily care and follow up was very professional and your team gave us much valued comfort and peace of mind. Clarriots Care have been extremely professional and caring, and consistently go beyond my expectations. Over the past year the carer has really paid attention to my mother's needs. Ranging from simple things such as just clearing out old clothes and helping to tidy up, to identifying more serious issues such as some illnesses. Furthermore, the carer also takes unsolicited photos and updates of all the trips that they and my mum take - it's lovely to be kept up-to-date given that I am hundreds of miles away. I continue to be delighted with the level of care and attention (and fun) provided by Clarriots Care, and I hope it continues for a long time. I have no reservations at all in recommending them.
