    My daughter is very partially sighted and has learning difficulties and required care and suppport for a couple of weeks until i was able to finish work and care for her myself . The team of carers from County care Lincolnshire have been incredible . They are punctual and very friendly and cannot do enough to keep my daughter in her routine and do many activities with her . It is lovely to know that she is safe and thoroughly enjoying herself while i am at work . A detailed report is compiled each day but i never need to worry as my daughter is having such a lovely time that she can't wait to tell me herself what she has done . Always great emphasis also on encouraging Erin to be as independant as possible also letting her make her own choices, where she can, which is lovely . The team of carers have all been wonderful and i have no hesitation in recommending them .

    Approached to supply ten hours a week personal care support to our bedbound daughter who has complex physical disabilities and severe learning disabilities. The timeframe was a generous few months and we expected to receive experienced staff appropriate to need. The day before commencement we are told they have never seen hoisting equipment nor used slings. Nevertheless we decided to cancel. The company terms and conditions are loaded in their favour not the clients and if our daughter were hurt in any way then they would bear no responsibility whatsoever. Very poor in our opinion , but the lack lustre attitude of their manager in Skegness was much much worse.
