Aug 18 2018 I have heard nothing but bad reviews about Hartley and now they are looking after my grandmother I can see why. Would question the level of training given to staff and also the guidance re time spent at an address. No uniforms, no regular carers visit. Disgusting. Would not recommend.

We hear loads of personal things about other people needs and care even by management staff . Never had a on time call as carers are not given travel time . Some of the carers do not use equipment that is there to be used . Always different carers as they can not keep staff . I would definitely not recommend this company!!

Dec 25 2016 I know it is easy to pick faults with things however when I needed help you were there and for that I truly thank you.. some amazing care from your team. All very caring. My mum was a very elegant and beautiful lady and you recognised that and were very caring. I can't thank you enough.
