English Rose Care Ltd

Currently caring for one of my parents, and visiting 4 times a day. Particular carers have been assigned so that there is always a familiar face and a continuity with the comprehensive care provided. My parent can be difficult at times and sometimes resistant to the very necessary care - the carers only deal with this with kindness, patience and a good degree of ingenuity! They are mindful of health concerns and alert me to any changes or warning signs so that I can get medical advice. They always come with a smile and engage with my parent, and very often share a joke! When my parent went to hospital the carers left a note and called, on a personal level, to see how things were. I cannot express how very grateful I am - I could no do this without English Rose Care by my side and it has meant that my parent has been able to stay at home.
