Apr 17 2018 This company together with management is an absolute shambles. They took on the care of my mother, and within a week notice was given due to staffing levels, surely they must have know what their staffing levels were before taking on a contract. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. Some of the carers were helpful and knew their jobs but the majority didn't really care about their service users, spent more time chatting between themselves than working. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing care.
