May 5 2022 Crossroads Care is the most amazing company. The staff in the office are friendly, caring and helpful. Always there to unravel your problems and provide you with care beyond what can be expected. My mum is going into care much sooner than we expected. Her decline has been so rapid that until last week we happily received the carers into mums home 3 times a day. The carers themselves are everything a carer should be and more. Our mum literally says bye, love you when they leave. She means it too. What can I say? Nothing is too much trouble. A part of our family, sounds trite. But they changed all our lives for the better. Dealing with mum with love, humour and patience. Thank you so much everybody from the bottom of my heart
