Aug 30 2023 The care agency from hell. I have suffered abuse and gross neglect...at times having no carer help for 1 -2 weeks with no family or close friends in my city to call on. The compentcy of carers all on sponsorship is profoundly lacking...poor language skills, unfamiliarity with western life style and values, dishonest, unable to use common sense or initiative (with just one exception here). Not able to learn from mistakes, extremely 'forgetful' of any teaching or instruction, attitude problems and it goes on... The agency does not communicate any changes with me, does in fact not communicate hardly at all. Incomplete care plan left like that for months, does not recognise my right to refuse to work with particula carers ...and this also goes on and on. They need to be shut down asap
