A circus of a ' hospital' possibly the worst ever in terms of treatment and non management! Every wanker running round saying it's nothing to do with them! No management accountable! Nurses and doctors just bluffing it! 84 year old moved out f a+e before to another what can only be described as a sleeping g bag from castle st wedged between 2 proper beds!! Clothes left on floor and my mum left in night clothes in hallway! Legal advice forthcoming! Disgrace! I applauded these tubes! Embarrassing!! |

I attended the Mater Hosp on the 25th of October to the A&E department where I was seen by triage which was excellent and then seen by a doctor called Alex she was absolutely brilliant and I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping me and saving my life as she had done test and told me that I had had a heart attack and had rang over to the Royal to the heart team ,she had organised everything , The heart team was waiting for me to arrive by BlueLight ambulance ,the ambulance team was absolutely brilliant with me I was taken straight into the Operation Table, then to the recovery unit where I spent the night then was Transferred back to the Mater to spend a few days recovering in the cardiac ward where the doctor Chris and nurses looked after me . I would like to thank all the staff at the Mater hospital and the royal hospital for looking after me . Thank u so much . |
