Jun 21 2023 i was very nervous when i went into this hospital but the staff made you feel easy and they were very helpful and caring,i could not find any fault with this hospital, brilliant place, i can not wait until i get my next cataract done, there is not a bad word to say about this hospital, excellent, brilliant and marveilous

Aug 15 2022 Had cataract op,but 2 weeks later eye went bright red.Iphoned the hospital but was put off to see someone at the hosp.I was referd back to specsavers who in turn sent an e mail to bmi that i needed to be seen again at the hosp.But after a long phone call was informed they had no facilities to follow up mishaps.Now what do i do???.would Not recommend BMI
Southend Private HospitalBy: Michael Taylor Rating:.. Sep 19 2023 From the time of my arrival at reception to when I was discharged after my treatment, I was made to feel very welcome by everyone. The nurses and theatre team kept me fully informed on the procedure being carried out. Following my operation I received a telephone call the next day, to inquire if I was well and reaffirm what I should do if I had any concerns later. Given my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the hospital to my friends.
