my mum was a patient on Dinham ward before going on to a nursing home. We naturally wanted my Mum to be treated with care and respect whilst maintaining her dignity, every member of staff on Dinham ward excelled our expectations, their kindness was exceptional and we will be forever grateful for the care they gave Mum during her stay at Ludlow. |

Saturday afternoon of a bank holiday, an angle grinder, a little bit of stupid and some gravity required my first personal interaction of the NHS in nearly 3 decades. What a great team! If it weren't for the blood, pain and what i took for a rather large hole in my leg (Not what i would call a Minor Injury but i have little knowledge!) i may have actually enjoyed myself. Not a fan of pain or needles but the guys their made my time with them as painless as this situation could possiblily be. And whilst they may not have been convinced i really have been left with some beautiful stitching. Original Comment Report... |
