Sep 27 2023 I went for a colonoscopy yesterday and my anxiety was awful and I couldn’t stop crying and I didn’t think I was gonna go through with it at all but the lovely doctor that did the colonoscopy talked me through it and even showed me the equipment before hand to settle my nerves. The nurses were the most kind, most caring and just overall the best nurses I have ever met. They were so patient with me and held my hand and did everything slowly and talked me through everything they did. They were so funny and caring and praised me so much after for doing it. They were amazing with my anxiety and I walked away saying if I ever need to go back to hospital I want to go there purely just to see them again and I don’t care about driving 30 mins from Cheltenham they were amazing!! Best hospital for anyone that suffers with anxiety !!! :)

Jun 19 2023 I had surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome and the care on the day of the procedure was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff treated me with friendliness and respect.

May 1 2023 I would like to thank all of the staff in the Minor Injuries Unit who were involved with my care in the last 2 days. They were very kind and professional and I am extremely grateful. I am sorry I am not allowed to mention their names here.
