Attended for minor op biopsy. No waiting time, all done very quickly. Such a pleasure not to be in a waiting room queue! Left feeling happy with the care. Thank you all. Must add that this local community hospital was invaluable in providing end of life care for my husband. For those of us who live in west Dorset we need local health care provision. The Dorchester option can be difficult. |

Brought my husband to the ER at 3 am with an acute abdomen and in shock and I was not allowed to enter hospital. My husband was clearly incapacitated and not adequately able to handle himself and needed my support in the hospital. Besides, I am a medical doctor myself and being treated like this by the security staff is disgraceful and unacceptable. We will never ever seek care in this awful facility. Bridgeport hospital is not worthy of carrying the prestigious name of Yale Health. |

The staff were exceptional in dealing with my mother on end of life care. They did all they could to ensure my mum had an excellent stay, and remained comfortable, dignified and peaceful toward the end. They looked after all the family and couldnt be more supportive. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. As far as Im concerned you all deserve a medal. |
