Oct 10 2023 Surgery excellent. However, admin support sadly lacking. MyChart not updated,only on blood test results. Lack of empathy is wards after surgery - patients cleared out without consideration of individual needs. Lack of feedback after operation

Jan 14 2023 Since my referral to Papworth a few months ago for aortic valve replacement, I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in the cardiac teams that took care of me - the nurses, doctors, consultants and all the technical and domestic staff. At every stage in my evaluation and treatment I was dealt with by individuals who showed the highest levels of care and competence. What could have been a somewhat forbidding experience was transformed into a sequence of events that boosted my confidence and put me at relative ease. Please ensure that my profound thanks is passed on to all those in the TAVI team and to all staff involved in my pre- and post-operative care in Ward 3 South-East. With all my best wishes and thanks.
