Had to visit minor injuries as my son became unwell whilst on holiday locally and we are 200 miles away from home, so it was a very worrying time. All staff including main reception, minor injuries reception, student nurse and senior nurse practitioner were all so friendly, kind and reassuring. We were seen very quickly, the nurse listened and took her time, reassuring my son and I the whole time. The whole experience was seamless, we were in and out within half an hour. It is a clean inviting hospital and easy parking. You all deserve lots of praise. Thank you |

While on holiday, partner had tummy pains, she went to Minehead Hospital and was seen by their minor injuries unit who spent an hour and a half checking her out. They contacted her GP and recommended that she make an appointment to attend. We were very impressed the service, its this that makes the NHS absolutely great. |
