We visited today for my daughter. The care we received was brilliant and without faults. However, there needs to be more checking of the cleanliness of areas of the waiting room. When we arrived a previous family had left dirty wetwipes, puddles of water all over the childrens toys/ toy area, food/crumbs, half eaten and empty packets, empty bottles and cans and even a packet of cigarettes (directly on top of the childrens toys) and other belongings. Whilst this isnt the fault of any of the staff, I feel it is important to raise this and have some kind of inspection of the areas regularly. Not only is this unhygienic, but it is also an active risk to those with allergies (of which my children do).
