Oct 20 2023 On yesterday, I and mum to go Hepatology outpatient, this is our first time, I have no idea how to do. Thank the receptionists, too many nurses and doctor to help me finish this appointment and get some medicine. Special thank someone nurse, very strong wind on yesterday, she take one blanket to my mum let her on the wheelchair to keep warm when we are waiting to get the medicine.

Oct 13 2023 A surprisingly fast response time from the ambulance service to our rural location. The paramedics were calm but caring on arrival. They were faced with a slightly unusual and possibly tricky set of symptoms, but the senior paramedic was extremely thorough and professional, ensuring that everything had been well checked and understood before leaving. Just this little bit of kindness and concern goes a long way. Thank you!

Oct 9 2023 Tomorrow (10th) will be 1 year since I had my 3rd kidney transplant. I wanted to say how outstanding may care was on Mayflower ward, all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for and reassured especially as I was not allowed any visitors during my 11 day stay, & was along way from home. I am now back with Treliske for all my aftercare, but just wanted to acknowledge what a fantistic team they are, from the servers and cleaners, to the hcas, nurses, junior Drs( esp the one who accepted my kidney, & it was the first one he had accepted) & the consultants. I cannot thank you all enough. I am doing well btw , & thinking of you all, & my donors family over the next few days
