The staff were absolutely amazing, they told be exactly what to expect, made me comfortable and were happy to chat about anything outside of my appointment. Super friendly and really made me feel at ease with my appointment. I was fairly anxious when I came in but right from the start of my appointment, I was made to feel comfortable. Everything was super straightforward and just overall amazing. I can find no fault at all, big thank you to the staff for making the situation a lot less scary and easy! :) |

My first appointment with a female gynaecologist, I signed on the spot for an anterior and posterior prolapse repair. The lady performed the op 6 months later, no twinges or pain following the procedure at all and I went home the same day. I have not looked back and I feel really grateful to her for not only her skill and professionalism but also being such a kind and friendly person who made me feel completely at ease and safe in her hands. I had suffered the prolapse for about 4 years and thought I would just carry on with life and the prolapse. So pleased I saw her for my appointment last December. |

Very disappointed with the Diabetes unit , in not following up on patients . I was seen in Lugg ward by a diabetic nurse , but unfortunately when discharged , I was informed by the nurse that the Diabetes unit would be in touch and send me a appointment . This was wasnt done and it seems that they expect the GPS to do their job , the wye valley board should be on top of this behaviour , and if the trust board cant do it then the whole board should be sacked and new members sworn in . |
