Arrived at 7.10 on Sunday. Called to see nurse at 7.30! Really sweet gentle nurse who took my homemade bandage off carefully. Asked me about when and how I did it. Checked no tendon damage or nerve damage. Carefully redressed the wound with advice about how to keep it clean and dry. Warned me about signs of infection/sepsis and stressed the need to seek help immediately if in any doubt! Did not patronise or treat me like an idiot or comment on causing such a nasty injury to myself! lLeft feeling so much better! My thumb wrapped in a bandage so I could no longer flex it too much and keep re-opening the cuts. Would recommend this place to everyone! Many thanks for the professional and kind treatment.

Couldn't ask for more caring, attentive staff. Most of the family have been to Chippenham Minor Injuries at some point or another and we feel lucky to be so close to such an excellent facility. Staff our all super-stars and deserve to be treated that way! Thank you so much everyone :)
