Yesterday morning after a night of excruciating pain and shortness of breath, I called an ambulance which took me to A&E at Bassetlaw Hospital. The service and care I received was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and within the seven hours I was there I had many tests, chest x-ray, CT scans and antibiotic and pain relief drips. The team did not leave any stone unturned when it came to finding out what was wrong and I felt extremely safe in their hands. All of the teams I had contact with were professional and caring. I suffer with health anxiety and the time that was given to me by all I met was much appreciated. Thank you.

Nurse Charlotte and team were absolutely brilliant with my son. Nothing was too much of an ask, very attentive and supportive. Always explained everything perfectly and made sure we were okay.
