My father had to attend the minor injuries unit and was accompanied by my mother who had driven hom there, when they went to book in were told that only the patient could go through, my father tried to explain that he had forgotten to put in his hearing aid and couldnt hear properly without my mother present, the response from the receptionist was rude verging on ignorant as her response was ,well you heard me didnt you!!,so thats that. Surely this lady missed the charm lecture or any level of customer service when dhe started and needs to be reeducated or removed to a non patient facing area. |

I called in late Thursday, October 12th, with a bad ear infection. The prompt service was exceptional in todays NHS, wish I could remember the nurses name, and free parking compared to the extortionate charges I usually have to pay. After many bad NHS experiences this visit was a very refreshing change. |

11/09/23 15.50 hours called in due to increase of pain and discomfort to my hand/wrist from falling over backwards last week. Gave details, and injury, then told you cannot be seen today, but an advisor would give you advice. Stood next to him for 10 minutes while he stood there taping away on his laptop in the corridor. He then asked me whats wrong, told him then he advised I need to go to hospital (I told him I am) only to be told we shut at 6pm. Asked if I could pop back tomorrow and was told it would be the same reply. I said its painful, and you must have a system for patients to be seen? No. so I left. |
