I’ve got a Faimly member in there. All her stuff got rob and the staff won’t do nothing and she’s crying on the phone to me at 2 in the morning cause she has nothing now and can’t afford to replace it. The staff just ignore her and won’t tell her anything. How can the staff treat people like that they. |

I have a friend on the inpatient ward at Westlands. She is not allowed visitors and her family have no information about her. Even though she is sectioned she has legal rights. A blanket ban on visitors is outrageous. The two times I have rang to ask about it the staff either didnt know and were very short. If they are like this with friends of the patient what are they like with the vulnerable adult. Very worrying. No info due to data protection which only makes people more vulnerable due to lack of accountability. I have deep deep concerns that her family dont know anything about what is happening. This is very very frightening. |

Have a relative in the unit, cant get through on the phone most times. Kept in the dark about their wellbeing. Not good enough. |
