Jul 13 2022 Reception staff always pleasant and helpful, all the GPs I have dealt with either on the phone or face to face have been excellent. Usually manage to get an appointment within a few days either at Old Cottage or Fitznells. Overall very pleased with the care we receive as a family from the old cottage hospital.

Jun 22 2022 I recently had a medical procedure at the cottage hospital I found all nursing staff very friendly and professional and caring My procedure was started within 10 minutes of arriving so thanks and praises to them

Mar 19 2022 Unable to use on line service as continually closed down early in the morning until the next day. Near impossible to book an appointment or a conversation appointment. Waited 20 plus minutes for call to be answered. Asked to call back 12.30, then 2.30, then 4.30. Or try again on Monday. All this just to try and obtain a conversation appointment, that I was told was the only way I could asked the doctor to complete an X-ray form for my father in law after a fall. Save using A&E and waiting 5 hours plus. Receptionist completely unhelpful. Refused to ask the doctor to do this. Got absolutely no where. Notice feed back from previous day was for exactly the same request and the receptionist was most helpful. Clearly this practice has serious issues.
