I had a long wait to see a Nurse which was fine. When I did, the Nurse was not at all friendly and did not introduce themselves. They cross questioned me about my injury which was perfectly obviously an accident and they did not accept my answers and asked me all over again. Im on a medication that is sometimes used for depression but in my case is for a neurological issue . I explained this . Im disabled. I felt vulnerable at this point. I was barked at not to touch the injury and the Nurse left the room for over ten minutes and I did not know where they had gone. I was very uncomfortable for various reasons. I nearly left the room as I thought was forgotten. I could hear the Nurse laughing and joking elsewhere . When they came back they were in a better mood but started asking me personal questions about my historical ethnicity and where I used to live (?) before I lived in Caterham. I felt very disinclined to answer but was worried about my treatment and the mood of the Nurse. The care I received was minimal but ok. Im grateful for this service but please be more professional. I was upset enough by the injury and the waiting. |

Had to visit walk in centre with a wrist injury. Reception staff were very kind, efficient and polite. Triage and nursing team were empathic, knowledgeable and supportive throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend friends and family to use this service. |

I visited the MIU to have stitches removed following an operation two weeks previous at a hospital in Southampton. The staff were very friendly and showed a caring attitude. I was expecting a long wait but no queue, about half an hour from arrival to leaving. |
