Oct 20 2023 My telephone appointment that was booked never materialised, I then received a letter stating that my appointment booked for Monday is also cancelled (not that I was aware I had one on the first place) and I have been discharged back to the care of my GP. All of this with no contact, no colonoscopy, although I am supposed to have one annually!

Oct 11 2023 I would like to convey my sincere gratitude and thanks to all the staff within the Endoscopy department. They are a great team of thoroughly delightful and most importantly,friendly people who love to have a laugh and a joke whilst being very professional at the same time. They all made every effort to make my time there a stress free process. I would like to say a big thank you to them all!
