Oct 11 2023 Everybody that I came into contact with during my visit were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was seen by the triage nurse within 10 minutes of my arrival and roughly 15 minutes later I was called through to see the nurse. Although it was an issue that couldnt be addressed by them I was given advice on my next steps . Thank you to everyone from the lady on reception to the medical team.

Oct 4 2023 Hi I tried very hard to call the hospital yesterday after the pharmacy said to go there, the phones were not answered and just went dead after a short time, I don't know the reason for this but it's not good. I would think it makes sense to book an appointment so we are not sitting around spreading covid etc and we could get on and do our jobs too Tony
