Oct 19 2023 I had a chest Xray on the 10th October and my GP practice is still awaiting the result. I am due to see a Consultant on Monday 23rd and this X ray is very important, I am very upset that having attended the result is not available to me and when I tried to ring the department I was cut off 5 times. Terrible service !

May 22 2023 I visited by appointment and cannot fault anything. I received excellent service from all the staff - reception, nurses and doctors. Everyone was very caring and explained all I needed to know. Thanks for a great service.

I have an ailment with my small finger and awaiting a dermatology appointment which not until May but finger thrombin so wanted a painkiller stronger than Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. She said I would require a stronger Co codomol and she would write to GP to request a prescription. Phoned GP and told that I needed a painkiller not specifically Co codomol and so couldnt give me anything as it doesnt specify. So back to square one. Cant get appointment with GP and Triage mess up. Furious
