Oct 14 2023 My physical needs seem to be being ignored. I'm finding it difficult to find a coping skill whilst on the ward. I guess I need some sturdy n swift way of finding a new home and they don't seem to be able to facilitate... I'm struggling.

Mar 12 2022 I went to Talygarn a few times in 2021, my experience was ok there. Basically the nurses were amazing, very kind, caring and supportive. The doctors weren't much help at all. I left there feeling still not great. Basically had to pretend I was better to get out as they are reluctant to let you go once your in there. I don't remember many of the nurses but I do remember Nelly and Teresa, both were lovely. I imagine I'll see them again at some point this year as my mental health is slipping. It was noisy though and not a lot of privacy.
