thank you for your help last friday, my hip went a bit wrong, and eneded up on my face! the amulance was there before i came two, very ebarresst. big respect to the people that have help me in the hospitpal, and the babes that picked me up! total pro x i will get a mrsi scan done, i just got blooming skettcy! |

I have an appointment tomorrow. All i need to do is to call the appointments team for oncology and let them know that i have just tested positive for Covid. The main website doesn\t list oncology as a service or a ward . NHS does, but only gives the switchboard number. After trying to navigate the menu system, after the AI robot understood oncology, I got through to x-rays. A very nice lady tried to help, and tried about ten numbers with no answer on any of them. You will see complaints about people not turning up for appointments, so why is it so hard to tell someone there that you can\t meet the appointment. |

I had cataract surgery and I was very nervous. Every receptionist, nurse anesthesiologist and surgeon (and the rest) I encountered was exceptionally considerate and put me at ease. I was informed of every decision and made to feel comfortable. The surgery was painless and I had total confidence in the surgeon. The service was prompt and competent. I am over the moon with the results. I cant say enough about how kind and considerate the staff was. Thank you so much for the exceptional care. |
