My daughter had come home as she had a tonsillectomy two weeks prior. She was worried it wasn’t healing correctly and was very anxious so we went to urgent care. The receptionist was really nice and friendly. We only had a short wait. The person we saw was lovely, so reassuring and easy to talk to. My daughter has had bad experiences at other hospitals and is always worried she is wasting their time but she was treated so well and he was so kind to her. My son was also seen a week prior with a twisted knee and my small Grandsons have both had to attend urgent care in the past when ill and they all had really positive experiences. We are often quick to leave negative feedback but not so quick to leave positive. So I just wanted to say thank you so much for such good service. |

I have been suffering with severe pain since the age of 15. The doctors have told me I have endometriosis but without being seen at the hospital I cannot get an official diagnosis. Years I have been waiting for this appointment, to then turn up today on time , to be told the appt has been cancelled. I was never informed and was given no reason as to why it was cancelled. I am in agony constantly and more than likely infertile due to the lack of care and professionalism of this hospital and the others. I am so disappointed and downright disgusted at how I have been treated. Not so much as an apology . Nothing. This country is a sham. |

I presume the eye dept is a phantom as it is not on your list. However the people (ghosts?) I saw were all friendly, professional and caring. Quick, efficient service and I felt that, unlike at Scarborough, I was being treated as a person rather than a faceless patient. There was enough time to mention symptoms and events that I would not have raised at Scarborough. My thanks to all I met from Reception onwards. |
