I just wanted to take some time to thank all staff who I encountered at Ipswich Hospital for their great service during a stressful time. I'm terrible with any medical procedures, especially needles, so to go through numerous blood tests, a CT scan, a biopsy, ultrasound and consultant meetings was up there with my worst nightmares! However, the staff at Ipswich hospital couldn't have been any more supportive to me and really helped to put me at ease. The biopsy was the most dreaded but the staff were brilliant and for all tests there was barely any waiting time at all. Thank you thank you thank you! Original Comment Report... I hope that the reassurance and care given to you by the staff has gone some way to elevate your worries about medical procedures. Many thanks |
