I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the service provided by the MIU. The staff was very friendly and explained the procedure very well. The care provided was very efficjent Would recommend this local hospital to anyone

I recently had tendonitis in my knee. My doctor referred me to one of the physios at the hospital. The physio diagnosed the issue very quickly and then gave me exercises and advice about how to sort it. I saw her 3 times and she was able to progress the exercises each time to further improve the issue. The issue is now resolved and I am massively grateful for the physio's knowledge and guidance. As someone who works within the fitness industry I have dealt with a lot of physios in the pas can definitely say that this physio is one of the best I have come across.

I attended the MIU on Monday 12th Feb 18 after hurting my ankle I wanted assurance it was not broken I rang the hospital on The Sunday 11th and was put through to the MID who gave me details of the services I could come to Monday arrived at 0830 seen straight away x rayed as soon as unit was open and back to Nurse to have results. So quick so prompt and excellent staff throughout. Many thanks.

I am sorry to hear of your injury. Unfortunately, you have note stated which MIU you attended. If it is the one on the St Mary's Hospital site in Portsmouth this is not part of Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust and hopefully this can be redirected to them. Kind regards. Debbie
