I would like to express our thanks to the wonderful caring staff on Langworth ward, where our Mum has been for 8 weeks and now being discharged. She is feeling so much better and if possible has said that she would like to stay permanently! The care, support and communication to Mum and our family has been an example of the NHS at its best. So thank you to everyone: - The ward clerk’s, Activities co-ordinator, Nursing team and Doctors. Original Comment Report... |

My lovely father in law was extremely lucky to have been sent to this wonderful place. At a time when our family needed help and his future appeared uncertain he was referred to Langworth ward at Witham Court.
The staff are dedicated professionals who are experts in their field. They treat their patients with care, consideration and respect. They deal with patients with compassion and their guidance maintains their dignity. The best interests of the patients are maintained at all times by the whole team. We were kept fully informed and included in their care at all times.
Thank you so much to all of the staff, you were all amazing and we appreciate the excellent care you gave him. Original Comment Report... It means so much for staff to receive such positive feedback from family and carers. It ensures that staff remain focussed on what really matters and gives them strength to persevere in what can be at times a very challenging and emotional vocation. I will ensure that your comments are fed back to all. Many heartfelt thanks Diane Harvey Acting Ward Manager Langworth Ward |
