My Mum has recently been a patient in Mount Vernon on ward 4. From first stepping into the hospital we got really positive vibes. The hospital itself is scrupulously clean, well laid out, well sign posted and relevant information readily available.
Mum was on ward 4 which has a warm, homely atmosphere: the whole care team are absolutely great. My mum was so well cared for, it was a real comfort to us. Everyone was kind, caring and very compassionate - the whole team: nurses, HCA's, OT's, Physios, Doctors, the social worker and the staff giving drinks out. She was treated with dignity and respect throughout her stay
Mum was really happy there and sadly left following a stroke. My sister and I are very grateful for the care and kindness she received whilst on ward 4 Original Comment Report... |
