Thank you for sharing these experiences although we are very sorry to note that you did not feel staff have not been responsive to your loved ones needs or to engaging with the family. Clearly this is not what we would hope and it would be helpful to understand these matters in order to improve the care of your loved one, and to learn where we can improve care more generally.
