St Josephs

I have been visiting St Joseph's Care Home in Coleshill for a good number of years and have always found the staff very caring and dedicated. The home itself is warm, friendly and inviting and one alerts feels that it is home from home as the residents always seem so happy. When I have been invited to dine there, the food has been wholesome and of good quality. I know that the residents always appreciate the regular activities and the Home engages well with residents, families and other parties with regular meetings. Cleanliness is next to Godliness and this is also the case at St Joseph's!

All of the staff at St Josephs are friendly and caring, this includes admin staff and management.The family were amazed at how quickly mom settled after moving from hospital to st Josephs during covid. We always receive a warm welcome. Mom tells us she has the best room and always says how well she is looked after. If there are concerns about moms health the staff contact me and keep me updated. Everyone has built a good relationship with mom and they do their best to get her to join in with activities.

When I visited St Joseph's I found the staff to be kind and considerate. treating everyone with respect and dignity. The facilities were excellent, from the communal areas, shared spaces on the wings - decorated in retro-style - to the gardens and the breathtaking view. Recommended!
