Jun 29 2015 All of the staff at Watersmead are very caring and well trained. I am so pleased that we chose this for our Mother and her husband as it meets their needs.
Original Comment Report...WatersmeadBy: Jennifer W Rating:.. Mar 3 2015 My mother has been at Watersmead for almost a year and appears to be happy and well cared for. She enjoys the food and has gained weight. Staff work as a team and are always polite and cheerful. I feel that Watersmead has a lovely, homely atmosphere. I am kept informed of any issues and if I have any concerns I am able to raise them with the manager and they are dealt with. There are two pleasant outside seating areas, Mum loved to be able to sit outside in the summer.

'G' had a terrible time at a previous home, she had lost weight, strength, was listless and sad. In one month Watersmead has turned this around. She is happy, stronger and more alive in every way.
