Staverton House

Staverton House is a specialist designed luxury care home for people with dementia and related illnesses.

Staverton House is part of Equality Care Ltd, a family run business with over 20 years& experience.

Staverton House has been built to the highest standards. Colour and visual prompts are used to enable residents to retain their independence, and regain a sense of achievement.

The home is situated between Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge and Melksham but with the usual village amenities close at hand.

All bedrooms are generously proportioned single rooms with en-suite shower rooms and all have TV, telephone and data points. There is a dedicated activities co-ordinator, and regular outings, crafts and music. With only 20 residents every aspect of a resident life will be seen as a positive experience, however small the achievement. Self-esteem and independence are essential to the well being of the residents.

There is a secure garden, which has been designed with many thought provoking features including a wild garden, wandering paths, fruit trees and a safe water feature.

Staff are highly experienced and motivated, with emphasis on recruitment, retention and staff development. All staff are trained to nationally recognised standards.

Visitors are welcome at any time.

Pets are welcome by arrangement.
