Richmond Nantwich

My father was looked after in the care home through terminal illness and I could not have wished for anything better for him. It was a difficult time for all concerned; my father was reluctant to move into a care home but was unable to continue living at home. His reluctance soon evaporated as he made new friends and realised that Richmond Village Nantwich was not a typical care home but somewhere where you were treated as an individual with care and respect. As a relative, I could relax knowing that he was being looked after to the highest standards. During the last few days of his life, the staff supported us all and I cannot thank them enough. Richmond Village Nantwich is a wonderful place and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

In my view Richmond Village Nantwich is as good as you can get. When I returned from hospital I was offered every kind of help. My tablets were taken care of, ‘would I like a bath’, oh boy how wonderful was that transport back with a carer to the village with wonderful flowers to greet me at the door. The staff are all kind, cheerful and helpful.
