Sep 1 2014 We cannot fault the care, love and attention our elderly relative received during her stay, initially in residential care then nursing. The management and staff were excellent providing first class care, with dignaty and kindness and always a smile. Excellent contact with local doctors and nursing professionals. Excellent contact with relatives by phone and face to face. Open door policy to relatives to visit whenever. Cannot fault the service provided.
