The Old Vicarage Care Home has been providing high quality residential care for over 25 years. The home has undergone a 2 year refurbishment programme and now has 36 brand new en suite rooms. They are ranked Grade 1 (Top grade) by North Tyneside Council for the Quality of Care they provide.
The home is planned around the philosophy of keeping residents independent for longer but providing support where they need it - tailored care focusing on individual needs rather than a “one size fits all” approach.
What makes them unique is their focus on activities and events involving the community to help residents lead happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives.
Staff have a wealth of experience in dealing with care for those with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Sep 17 2017 Could not have asked for better care . Staff are thoughtful and friendly . A real effort is made to maintain independence and respect . I would highly recommend this home.
