Coombe House Residential Home

As a qualified nursing sister, I knew it was going to be very difficult to find a care home that met high enough standards for my dear old dementing Mum. Coombe House has exceeded my expectations by delivering outstanding care. I visit frequently at varying times, never prearranged and I always find my mother well cared for, happy and loved. I have never seen any resident treated with anything other than total respect, gentleness and consideration. I realise from experience that this group of patients can be extremely challenging but the staff never give any appearance of impatience towards any of the residents. The owner leads by example and this explains why the staff behave more like a family giving exceptional care at all times. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for relieving such a huge burden from me and making my mother so relaxed and happy. A far cry from the anxious, tearful lady who arrived there almost three years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone who is looking for somewhere special for a loved one to stay.
