Aug 24 2015 i have visited this care home on numerous occasions & various times of the day. I am most disappointed on the care that my father is receiving, to the point that my brother & I have fallen out over it (he's POA) and suites him that my dad just sits shuts up & is extremely unhappy! Like the staff like it. I visited last Monday evening & was told my dad was in bed 6.15pm!! I went up to his room to see him, was told by my dad "you are not allowed here I have to be in bed & not allowed out of it, they even put a nappy on me so I can't go to the toilet! This is a human being not an animal!
