Wembdon Rise Home

Our new service in Bridgwater is an ex Somerset County Council property which we have given a new lease of life with a full redevelopment to suit our needs. Spread across a half acre site, Wembdon Rise has ten self-contained flats spread over three buildings. The main building has seven flats and staff facilities. Five of the flats have their own lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The remaining two flats each have a combined bedroom/lounge (in order to maximise the living space), together with their own kitchen and bathroom. The building also has a communal lounge which can be used by the whole site. The middle building again has staff facilities, together with three flats, each with their own lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The small building houses the offices, meeting/training space and a sensory room with its own entrance. The grounds contain ample parking, a shared garden and a sensory garden. There is also the potential for four of the flats to have their own private garden. The home is now ready for occupation.
