Oak Springs Care Home

From entering the building looking at the photographs, looking at the residents and talking to the staff you get a feeling of warmth and care in this home. To the staff its not just a job, they are looking after 'their family' , they care for each resident as individuals , they know how to treat each person according to their individual needs, because they know what each person needs, its not a one size fits all. My mother has been there for 8 months and she has had the happiest time she has had for years and has come on in leaps and bounds since leaving the previous home in a wheelchair and having to be fed, she now feeds herself, walks the corridors and joins in the dancing. I would recommend this care home 100%
