Bowes House

We visited Bowes House Hailsham as we were looking for a placement for my mother in law. We were greeted with a smile and the staff were really attentive to my other inl laws needs.we were shown the facilities and we're really impressed. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with en suite facilities, the ground floor rooms have patio gardens which the resident has access to and can put their own pots etc. my mother in law decided this was the place for her and although they could not offer her a room immediately at Bowes House the staff went above and beyond and found her a temporary placement at their sister home in Crowborough which is equally as impressive. All the staff I have met have been polite, respectful to the resident and family members, have done everything possible to make her stay comfortable. No complaints from my mother in law. I would like to say a special thank you to a member of staff at Bowes House who made this placement possible and their compassion shown to my mother in law and other family members and guidance when making such an important decision. They were able to offer us a same day placement which gave us al peace of mind.
