2 x appointments, both cancelled by them. One was cancelled without any notice, phone call or otherwise. They "must have dialed my phone number wrong" was the excuse, after I proved my phone was (of course) active by showing them the automated texts I receive from them! So you've got people providing medical treatment who appear innumerate. Worrying. Then I rescheduled my "postponed" appointment (Cancelled, dear receptionist, you cancelled it, you did not postpone it). 12 days later and I arrive at 08:50 for my 09:00 slot to find a voicemail informing me yet again that they've cancelled it! Calling me at 08:39 when I was already driving there is completely unacceptable. That's a grand total of twenty one minutes notice for two appointments- and they have the temerity to have a sign demanding at least 24 hours notice if the patient wants to cancel! Hypocrisy, incompetence and laziness all in one package. Book at your peril.
